Theme based Station Level Professional Circle Convention-2023 was organized at NTPC-Tanda on March 28, 2023 wherein 04 Professional Circles (PC) teams presented their case studies.

The theme of the Professional Circle Convention was "Promote Water Conservation and Water Sustainability". Based on their performance, the judges declared Yukti PC from Vigilance, Chemistry & C&I as Winner.  Discovery PC from EMD & Operation and Aqua Treat PC from Chemistry were adjudged as First Runner-up and Second Runner-up respectively.

Chief Guest of the closing ceremony Shri B C Polai, CGM (Tanda), presented the awards to the winning teams and stressed upon the significance of Theme based Professional Circle convention in improving performance further.

Organised by the Business Excellence Department, the valedictory session was attended by GM (O&M) Shri K Gangopadhyay; Jury of this Program GM (Fuel Management) Shri P.L .Narsimha, GM (Operation) Shri Abhoy Mishra; and other senior officials.
